City Upgrades Electric Vehicle Charging Stations

The city recently upgraded the public electrical vehicle (EV) charging stations it operates at the Round, The City Library, and the Griffith Building. Charging stations have also been installed in The Beaverton Central District Garage. Nine additional Level 2 charging ports were added in total. A Level 2 charging port will add about 25 miles of range to an electric vehicle per hour. These stations are great for topping off/up your vehicle’s charge when parking at one of these or nearby locations. Charging stations have varying fees.
