City Council

Councilor Mark Fagin announced his resignation from City Council effective Jan. 1, 2022. We are extremely appreciative for his service and will miss his involvement in shaping policies and programs. Read the City Council proclamation of appreciation

Climate Action Plan progress on steps towards meeting the city’s goal of 100% reduction in greenhouse gas emissions by 2050 were shared. View the presentation and conversation

City Council received an update on the Washington County Transit Study—a comprehensive plan that will look at the region’s transit needs through 2040 to improve services and increases ridership. Watch the presentation

City Council held a work session on policy to provide community members with support, like stipends and gift cards, for their involvement on city advisory groups

A second work session was held to identify legislative priorities for the next state legislative session in 2022
