City Council

Interim City Councilor Hartmeier-Prigg appointed by Beaverton City Council through a resolution filling City Council Position 1. View her swearing-in ceremony

Mayor Beaty proclaimed October 2021 as Domestic Violence Awareness Month and Emergency Management Volunteers Month, as well as Oct. 11, 2021 as Indigenous Peoples’ Day.

Open Air Beaverton public hearing held and ordinance adopted allowing business expansion into sidewalks, streets and parking lots, enforcement extended to September 30, 2022. View the public hearing

Renter Eviction Protection expedited public hearing held and extension adopted for the 60-day protection period in Senate Bill 278 to 90 days and declaring an emergency related to residential tenancies. View the Council discussion
