Read to Feed with Adult Summer Reading 2021

June 1 – August 15

This year, Adult Summer Reading participants at Beaverton City Library can read for a good cause by Reading to Feed! By tracking hours read from June through August 15, participants will help earn meals for recipients of Meals on Wheels People delivery service. For every 100 hours read collectively, our generous sponsor, The New Friends of the Beaverton City Library, will donate one meal through Meals on Wheels People, up to 135 total.

Adults ages 18 and older can submit their reading hours online at or in person at the main library or the Murray Scholls branch. Each time you submit your hours read throughout the summer, your name will be entered in our weekly prize drawings. This summer, help make an impact by reading.
