Join your neighbors in August to help refine ideas on how the city can allow more housing variety in residential neighborhoods through the Housing Options Project.

The Housing Options Project is proposing ideas on how middle housing, including duplexes, triplexes, quadplexes, townhomes and cottage clusters, will be allowed in Beaverton’s neighborhoods starting next year. We heard your comments in May and June. Based in part on those ideas, we will have new proposals for you to review later this summer. Community ideas are essential for helping make the new housing rules work for Beaverton.
