Pay Your Utilities
Visit www.BeavertonOregon.gov/utilities to pay your utility bill by credit or debit card or to start or stop service. Payments can also be dropped in the Utility Billing drop box. The drop box is on Southwest Millikan Way, next to City Hall across from BG’s Food Cartel. You can also mail your payment to City of Beaverton – Utilities, P.O. Box 3188, Portland, OR 97208-3188. Passport Appointments Online
Passport processing is available by appointment only from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday through Friday on a 60-day rolling window at City Hall, 12725 SW Millikan Way. Visit www.BeavertonOregon.gov/passports.
