Beaverton City Library Provides Curbside Service, BCL To Go

Because Beaverton City Library (BCL) buildings closed in mid March, there was much excitement surrounding the launch of BCL To Go, a contactless, by-appointment curbside pickup service at the main library location, on June 22.

During their BCL To Go appointment, library cardholders can pick up holds available at the main library, as well as Book Bundles for kids, each one consisting of 5-10 books geared toward a specific reading level/interest.

Returns are accepted at the book drop at both the main library and the Murray Scholls branch.

45,542 items were checked out in July through the service.
